i ordered the wine from our waiter and we went on to have a wonderful dinner, still without a friendly visit from him. so, we sat and i asked our waiter if he could ask the GM to come by the table and help us select a couple of bottles of wine> 25 minutes later, still no GM. i made a point of mentioning the GM's name when i called, and then when we arrived i asked the hostess if he was in so I could say hi. Instead, i made a reservation by calling for 12/22. Even though the Palm used to always accommodate its Club Members, i understood since that's obviously a popular night. When i called to make Christmas Eve reservations, the GM informed me he could not. We traveled from California, where we frequent the local Palm.
